Greater Awareness can be a Powerful Tool

Knowledge is one of the most powerful tools a community has to prevent addiction — teaching parents, youth, role models, teachers and other community members common risk factors for addiction, how to recognize signs of substance abuse, and how they can support those recovering from addiction. North Central Health Care works with diverse community members and organizations to build strong support networks that can help prevent addiction in our community.
