This website, built for North Central Health Care, is designed and provided for the patients, their families, the general public and health professionals to have a better understanding and knowledge of what North Central Health Care has to offer.  Content listed on this website is provided North Central Health Care.  The development of this website credits students under the Web & Digital Media Development Major in the Computing and New Media Department of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.

We are required by the privacy regulations issued under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") to maintain the privacy of our customers' Medical Information and to provide customers with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to their Medical Information.
