Our nursing staff assures that you receive the highest quality of skilled care 24 hours a day. The registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) all work with you and other members of the treatment team to help you achieve your treatment goals.

The skilled staff is available to assist you with your activities of daily living to the degree you require, deliver medication and treatments ordered by your physician, assess changes in your condition, and monitor your health and well being. They will inform you and/or your designated decision-maker of any change in your condition, your medications, and your treatments. They are here to make your new or temporary home as comfortable as possible.

Our facility is licensed to provide intensive skilled nursing care (ISN), skilled nursing care (SNF), and intermediate care (ICF). The cost of your care is based on the intensity of nursing care you require.

Medical Services

We pride ourselves in providing you with the highest level of medical care and services. Our medical team consists of a full-time physician and physician’s assistant. As an integral part of the health care team, they work together with your unit staff to assess your needs and develop and provide you with an individualized plan of care. On-call and weekend coverage is provided either by our medical team or the facility’s nurse practitioner and a contractual arrangement with an area physician’s group. You may receive your medical care from our medical team or from a credentialed physician from the community who is a member of our medical staff.

Charges for facility physicians or community physicians are in addition to the daily rate and are billed separately.
