NCHC is in close contact with the Lincoln County Health Department and is following recommendations by the CDC and local health officials. We will continue with regular routine testing of residents and staff as required according to current policy.

Case Update | April 27, 2023
Pine Crest has been notified that one additional employee has tested positive for Covid-19. The employee was not in the building during a period of possible transmissibility. Pine Crest currently has no positive residents in the building. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. In-person visiting hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Weekends, 9 am to 3 pm.

Pine Crest has been notified that one employee who worked on Special Care has tested positive for Covid-19. Pine Crest currently has no positive residents in the building. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. Pine Crest has been notified that one employee on the South unit has tested positive for Covid-19. Pine Crest currently has one positive resident in the building on 200. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. Pine Crest currently has one positive resident in the building. All other residents have been removed from precautions. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. In-person visiting hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Weekends, 9 am to 3 pm.

Pine Crest has been notified that 1 employee in administration has tested positive for Covid-19. There are currently are 9 positive residents in the building: Long Term Care 200 Unit: 6 residents and Long Term Care 100/300 Units: 3 residents. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. In-person visiting hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Weekends, 9 am to 3 pm.

Pine Crest has been notified that 3 residents on 100/300 unit of Long Term Care have tested positive for Covid-19. There are currently are 12 positive residents in the building: Long Term Care 200 Unit: 8 residents and Long Term Care 100/300 Units: 4 residents. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. In-person visiting hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Weekends, 9 am to 3 pm.

Pine Crest has been notified that 1 employee has tested positive for Covid-19. There currently are 10 positive residents in various units across the facility. Face masks will be required for all those in our building and additional PPE requirements will be posted at the front entrance of the facility when visiting. In-person visiting hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Weekends, 9 am to 3 pm.
