North Central Health Care Announces Dr. Yasin as NCHC Medical Director

Dr. Waqas Yasin, NCHC Medical Director North Central Health Care (NCHC) is pleased to announce Dr. Waqas Yasin to serve as the organization’s Medical Director. Dr. Yasin will provide oversight for the NCHC Adult and Youth Behavioral Health Hospitals, Lakeside Recovery, and Intensive Outpatient programming through NCHC Outpatient Services. Dr. Yasin has served as NCHC’s Interim Medical Director since September 2023.

In the Medical Director role, Dr. Yasin will work collaboratively with Vicki Tylka, Managing Director of Community Programs. Dr. Yasin will oversee clinical aspects of programming, while Tylka will oversee the administrative functions of Community Programs.

Dr. Yasin holds a degree from Liaquat National Medical College, University of Karachi in Pakistan, and completed his psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Northeastern (NEW) Residency Program.
