Our volunteers are committed to providing quality services for our clients and residents. Our programs are aimed at creating a warm friendly home-like environment with a genuine concern for the dignity and special needs of each individual. Volunteers enable clients and residents to participate in programs and events within our organization, as well as taking part in community outings.

North Central Health Care offers care for mental health, addiction, developmental disabilities, aquatic therapy, and adult protective services. Our main campus is located in Wausau with offices in Merrill, Tomahawk and Antigo. An equally important part of North Central Health Care's services is Mount View Care Center, a skilled nursing facility with services located on the Wausau Campus. Mount View Care Center is rated one of the best nursing homes in Central Wisconsin, and also the entire United States. Services are available for short term rehabilitation, long term care, and also specialized dementia care and ventilator dependent care.
