As a member of the NCHC Senior Leadership Team and Director of the HR Team, Marnie demonstrates exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Her strategic vision and expertise in human resources will be instrumental in NCHC's strategic goals.
Bo Johnson
Human Resources Recruiter
Bo is here to help the right people obtain the right fit within our organization. He works with all levels and departments at North Central Health Care on their staffing needs and wants and helps place employees into positions they find to be the most rewarding and satisfying for thier own personal wants and needs.
Kristen Wurth
HR Business Partner
Kristen partners with business units to provide support to employees and management. She serves as a point of contact regarding a variety of employee relations issues including engagement, conflict resolution, as well as fair and consistent management of situations requiring disciplinary action or performance improvement.
Jacque Krause
HR Business Partner
Jacque works from our Pine Crest Nursing Home location in Merrill where she focuses on Human Resource needs. It is helpful for staff to have her available for questions about employment and benefits right on-site.
Lynn Wengleski
Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Kristin partners with business units to provide support to employees and management. Reneé Erickson
Employee Health Specialist
With over 20 years of nursing experience, Reneé assists our entire NCHC team when it comes to employee injuries, illnesses and infection prevention. All new employees get to meet Reneé for mandatory health tests and annual flu vaccinations.
Curt Matsche
Content Designer/Curator
Curt administers the learning management system and works with experts in the field to create educational courses used by staff. He has a background in application setup and support as well as a desire to provide the best online training experience possible.
