We are also committed to fully complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes state and federal insurance regulations, employment laws, and the federal healthcare rules and regulations.

There are four simple things we can do as employees of North Central Health Care to continue achieving high standards in care:

  • Uphold our Core Values in all that you do
  • Understand and follow our Code of Conduct, policies and procedures
  • Obey applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • Report all suspected violations of the Code of Conduct without fear of retaliation

Learn more about North Central Health Care's Code of Conduct.

Everyone at North Central Health Care is responsible for maintaining an ethical environment. Your actions in the workplace must demonstrate your commitment to integrity and accountability every day.

Report a Concern

If you suspect a violation of the Code of Conduct you can report anonymously anytime through our online Report a Concern form. Once submitted it is sent directly to the NCHC Compliance Officer. For immediate concerns outside of business hours you can contact the administrator on-call by dialing 715.848.4488. You should also report a concern to your direct supervisor or Department Director. You also have the option to drop off an anonymous form in one of the integrity boxes on campus, call the helpline at 715.848.4507, contact our compliance officer, speak with a member of the Executive Team or make a report in Safety Zone. You can find frequently asked questions that might help you avoid a potential violation and learn more about when to report in the Code of Conduct handbook.

Prohibited acts of retaliation include discharge, demotion, suspension, harassment, threats, or any other action that discriminates against an individual who submits a report.

If you suspect retaliation for making a report, contact the Compliance Officer immediately.
