“Where Friends Hang and Have a Roaring Good Time!”

August 5–9, 2019

Our 2019 Adventure Camp is a 5-day program of fun and enrichment for children and family members of North Central Health Care employees. Participants must be at least 3 years old (and potty trained) through age 12.

Camp is $40 per child for the week to help cover the cost of supplies and snacks. Camp hours are 8 am to 4 pm.

Children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews etc. of any NCHC employee, who are ages 3-12 are welcome to attend Adventure Camp at Mount View Care Center. Registration forms are available Human Resources, MVCC Information Station and the Hub Staff Lounge or you can download and print them here:

Registration & Release Forms | Family Picnic Form

The Registration and Waiver & Release forms must be returned along with the registration fee of $40 no later than Monday, July 15, in order to buy the appropriate supplies. A signed Waiver & Release form must be returned by our first day in order for your child to participate in camp activities.

Parents/Guardians of participants will receive a letter with camp details prior to the start of camp.

NCHC Adventure Camp Guidelines

  • Please do not bring toys.

  • Electronic devices or games will not be allowed.

  • Please make sure all of your children’s belongings are marked with their name.

  • Please fill out a separate registration form for each child that will attend camp.

  • Phone numbers are very important, so list every possible number where you can be reached on your child's registration forms.
